LYRICS: A father is someone who works hard to take care of his family. He always makes the time to listen to whatever’s on your mind. A father teaches by his example to be honest, patient, kind, and true And he loves you just because that’s what a father does.   Fathers come in all shapes and sizes. No two fathers are exactly the same. Some are funny, and some are smart. Some are wise and say: “Listen with your heart”, And they help you learn what’s true. They show you how to be the best that you can be, ‘Cause that’s fathers do.  

We all have a Heavenly Father who is watching over you and me. He listens when we pray, protects and guides us each and every day. He sent the Savior for an example to show us the things that we should do And He loves us just because that’s what a father does.
