I wanted to combine the 3 hymns, A Poor Wayfaring Man of Grief, Joseph Smith’s First Prayer, and Praise to the Man, in a single piece for choir, flute, and piano. The restoration is such a beautiful and significant message to the world, and I wanted to remember these 3 hymns that help me remember the life and efforts of Joseph Smith to assist the building of God’s kingdom on the earth.
